Underlying research materials

These materials are published as a support for the publication named: "Development of harmonised food and sample lists for Total Diet Studies in five European countries",

published in the Journal  FOOD ADDITIVES & CONTAMINANTS: PART A, 2016; http://dx.doi.org/10.1080/19440049.2016.1189770

The TDS samples defined by countries in each of the FoodEx2 level 1 food group could be found in the following files. Files extend the level of detail presented in Table 4 (Consumption weights, proportion of foods included into the TDS food lists and numbers of TDS samples defined).

It should be stressed that this is a working material prepared in 2012 as a part of our research and minor adjustments in TDS samples were applied in later steps (mainly during corrective actions). That is why the numbers of TDS samples here and in Table 4 which describes the final version of TDS food and sample lists could differ slightly. Exposure hierarchy of FoodEx2 presented here is the version available at the time of the study.
